Commercial Cookware

This is a sidenote from my usual postings, but I do enjoy cooking. I came across this website about commercial cookware. It seems that if you want the best cookware for your kitchen, the way to go may be commercial grade.

While not every kitchen utensil needs to be commercial grade, I can see a use for having the best quality pots, pans, and cutlery. I didn't realize that all stainless steel is a bad thing! It can't disperse heat evenly, so this explains the burn marks on the bottom of the cheap cookware that I have. I'm going to keep an eye on this website and see if any more tips about what brands I should buy come up in the topics. I'm also thinking about watching any restaurants going out of business and selling their equipment!
